How text messaging works with Call-Em-All

Call-Em-All sends text messages from a toll-free number.  This gives Call-Em-All’s customers more functionality while allowing each client to have dedicated numbers for messaging. 

We no longer require a handset-based opt-in from your audiences prior to them receiving your text messages. You must, however, have proper consent before texting. You can learn more about the consent required to send text messages from our platform  here.

The same rules that apply to phone calls also apply to text messages: 

  • We send  informational messages only (no marketing, promotional, political or solicitation of any kind) 
  • You must have obtained consent to contact your message recipients.

You can still have contacts join your account by texting your toll-free number.  This article details how contacts can join your account and what you should share.

With our system, you will also have access to our Conversations feature which allows you to view and manage all of your text broadcast replies in one place. You can also begin a new conversation with a phone number and receive direct text messages to your text number.
