How do I create a voice broadcast?
Once you log on to your Call-Em-All account, the first step to creating a broadcast is clicking on the Create A Broadcast tab or the button, "+ Create a Broadcast".
Once you arrive at the create a broadcast screen, you will notice some options on Step 1. To create a voice broadcast you can select the VOICE ONLY option (1) or if you wish to send a voice and text you can select that option (2) (this option will send a text to all your text opt ins and a voice to anyone who hasn't opted into text messaging).
You will need to name your broadcast (3) and verify your caller ID (4). Lastly, choose if you want the survey option or announcement (5).
In Step 2 you will select who you would like to send this message to. You will be provided with three options: Add From Existing Contacts (1), Upload a File (2), or Add Individually (3).
In Step 3 you will select when you want your broadcast to be sent out. If you wish to have it sent out immediately leave the switch checked to yes . If you would like to select a specific time and date, switch the box to NO by clicking on it; then select the time and date you wish to have your broadcast sent out.
In Step 4 you will choose your audio. You can choose from three options:
1) Record a New Message - Once you press submit in the final step, recording instructions will be provided to you.
2) Upload an Audio File- This allows you to upload a saved audio file.
3) Select from Audio Library - This allows you to use previously recorded audio. Audio in the Audio Library will be automatically stored for 90 days. If you wish to permanently save it you can star it .
In Step 5 you will review all of the information. If everything looks correct press Submit if your audio is attached, and GET RECORDING INSTRUCTIONS if you selected the option to record a new message.
Once your broadcast has been set up, it can be viewed in your active broadcasts tab on your home page.
