Using Call-Em-All with Church Office Online
Before you can turn on the Church Office Online integration, you will need to first contact Call-Em-All support at 877-226-3080 or email@example.com. Our team will enable this option on your account so you can proceed with the steps below.
If you use Church Office Online for your church's management software, you can sync the groups you have in Church Office Online within your Call-Em-All account. The setup is simple and the steps are outlined below.
Before entering setup for Church Office Online, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 877-226-3080 letting us know your Username and that you'll be using Church Office Online. We will need to enable your account on our end for the Church Office Online integration.
Within Church Office Online/Church Management Online, click on the menu option "Church." From the drop down, click on "Phone Tree - Call-Em-All" link found under the Applications section.
Enter in your Call-Em-All Username and Password and click Save.
You will now be able to sync your contacts between your Call-Em-All contacts and your Church Office Online membership lists.
