High Number of Busy/NA or Invalid Numbers

With our service, the exchange occurs over traditional phone lines. The technology behind this system depends on several factors working together including phone companies and their respective switches and routes.

You can view your settings at any time by clicking the SETTINGS section after hovering over your name in the top right of the account. You'll then navigate to the VOICE SETTINGS section on the left margin of the page to view your Retries. Check to ensure that your retry number is set on the default of 1. If you would like to update this, you can do so by editing the selection on the right.

If you find yourself experiencing a sudden spike in Busy/NA or Invalid Numbers, try these quick adjustments below:

  1. Increase the number of your retries if your retry attempts are not already at the max of 3 that is detailed above.
  2. Lower your Call Speed - this number reflects how many of your contacts are reached per minute. After making these changes, continue to monitor your broadcast results.
