Understanding the reason for a rejected broadcast
When broadcasts are rejected, the system automatically generates an email that is sent to the email address associated to the account with the reason for the rejection as well as instructions on how to proceed.
Additionally, you can find the rejected broadcast on your Home screen and details of why the broadcast was rejected.
- Click HOME
- Filter to view COMPLETED BROADCASTS
- Locate and click on the rejected broadcast's title
- A brief description will be located on the SUMMARY page with an option to view MORE DETAILS
