Should there ever come a day when Call-Em-All is no longer the service for you, please feel free to contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org or at (877) 226-3080 to ask for a refund.
Of course, we don't want to see you go. So if there is something we can be doing better to serve you, from training to a new feature, we're all ears.
If you're on the monthly plan, we will refund you for month's paid only if the account has not been used in those months. If you're on the credits plan, we can refund unused credits.
If we discover that a refund is the best way forward, our accounting team will be notified immediately to refund the appropriate amount to your credit card. Please allow 5 - 7 business days for this to take affect after the request.
