Updating Your Log In and Contact Information

On the Profile tab of the Settings page, you can update your contact and sign-in information.

Update Your Contact Information

1. Navigate to your Settings by clicking your name in the top-right corner of the account > Profile page. 
2. Click Edit to the right of Contact Info. You can update the first name, last name, email address, or phone number 
3. Click Save when finished. Click to zoom

Update Your Log-In Information

You may update your log-in information at any time from within your account. For security reasons, this must be done from within your account. Customer Support will not be able to update log-in information. If you are locked out of your account read our support article on Troubleshooting Login Issues. 

Update Your Username

1. Navigate to your Settings > Profile page. 
2. Click the Edit button to change your Username
3. Enter in the desired Username and the existing password then click Save. 

Update Your Password: 

1. Navigate to your Settings > Profile page. 
2. Click the Edit button to change your Password
3. Enter the desired password, confirm the new password, then enter your existing password and click Save. Click to zoom
