Communication Preference

By default, as long as your contacts are added to the CONTACTS section, our system will know to send the landline numbers a voice call and the mobile numbers a text message.  However, if you wanted to specifically set someones' calling preferences, you can simply edit the contact and update the Opt-in/out preferences.  Below are step by step instructions on adjusting your contacts' communications preference: 

  • Go to the CONTACTS section of the account
  • Click on the contacts NAME or EDIT the contact
  • In the EDIT FORM, click the OPT-IN/OUT category on the left side. 
  • From there, you can toggle the preference to opt a contact out of voice calls or text messages.
  • SAVE your changes
