Using Text Templates in Conversations

Save and add previously created text messages into your new and existing conversations.

Create a New Template in New Conversation

  • Click New Conversation
  • Add your recipients
  • Click Add Templates icon (tooltip says: "Use a template from your message library")
  • Click Create Template
  • Give your template a name
  • Type your template message
  • Click Create

Add a Template in New Conversation  

  • Click New Conversation
  • Add your recipients
  • Click the Add Templates icon (tooltip says: "Use a template from your message library")
  • Select the desired template by clicking on it or checking the checkbox and clicking Set As Message

Add a Template in an Existing Conversation

  • Click on the conversation 
  • Click into the message field to reveal additional icons
  • Click the Add Templates icon (tooltip says: "Use a template from your message library")
  • Select the desired template by clicking on it or checking the checkbox and clicking Set As Message

Add an Image to an Existing or New Template in a New or Existing Conversation

  • Click the Add Templates icon (tooltip says: "Use a template from your message library") from your New or Existing Conversation
  • Hover over the template and click the Edit icon shaped like a pencil or click Create Template
  • Click the Insert Image icon
  • Select your image
  • Click Save or Create

* Adding an image to templates is not available on monthly.

Edit an Existing Template

There are two ways to edit an existing Template from Conversations.

1) You can also edit a template before adding it to your conversation in the "Select a template to use" dialog. 

  • Hover over the template you wish to edit
  • Click the Edit icon that looks like a pencil
  • Edit your template 
  • Click Save

2) You may edit a template after it has been added to your message. Edits will not be saved.
