Increase Voice Message Length on Get Recording Instructions Page

If your voice message length is shorter than expected there are two possible reasons. Either you do not have enough credits or your Max Recording Length account settings are too low. There are two steps to updating your broadcast to allow a longer time length. 

Step1: Update Max Message Length or Buy More Credits

  • Update Max Message Length
    • Click the name in the top right corner
    • Click Settings
    • Click Voice Settings
    • Click Edit on Max Message Length
    • Select your preferred length
    • Click Save
  • Buy More Credits
    • Click HOME on the top navigation bar
    • Click Buy More Credits

Step 2: Edit Your Max Message Length on Broadcast Details

  • From the HOME screen click on your pending broadcast 
  • Click Edit
  • Click the Max Length drop-down menu
  • Select your time
  • Click Save
  • Click Get Recording Instructions to verify your updated time
