Scheduling a Text Conversation

What is Scheduling a Conversation?

When sending a text from your Inbox, you can choose to either send it immediately or schedule it to be sent at a future time and date. If you choose to schedule it to be sent later, the message will queue up and be sent at the time you specify.


Who can Schedule Conversations?

Both Credits and Monthly accounts can schedule conversation messages to send at a specific day and time.


How do I Schedule Conversations?

  1. Navigate to your Inbox and click Start Conversation
  2. Add your recipients and type out your text as usual.
  3. When ready to schedule, click the down arrow on the right side SEND button.

  4. Click the Send Later button that appears in the menu.

  5. A time and date picker will appear. Select when you want your text to be delivered and click SCHEDULE


That's it! Once you've done that, the text will go into a queue in your Scheduled folder where you can cancel or send your message at any time.


How do I cancel a scheduled conversation?

  1. Navigate to your Inbox and click on the Scheduled folder.
  2. Locate the text you wish to cancel in the list and click the three-dot menu on the far right of the row.
  3. Click Cancel in the menu and confirm the cancelation in the dialog that appears.



How do I send my scheduled conversation immediately?

  1. Navigate to your Inbox and click on the Scheduled folder.
  2. Locate the text you wish to cancel in the list and click the three-dot menu on the far right of the row.
  3. Click Send in the menu and confirm the cancelation in the dialog that appears.


Where Can Schedule Conversations in Text-Em-All?

There are a few places in Text-Em-All this feature appears. You'll find it in:

  • Start Conversation
  • Existing Conversation threads
  • Broadcast Details when replying to a specific recipient
  • Contacts when texting to one recipient
